The Diamond Cash Customer Service Centre on: 0861 113 673 or +27 11 207 1601 from outside the country, is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to respond to your queries.

When you phone this number your call will be routed directly to the IVR system (Interactive Voice Response) where you will be asked by a recording what language you prefer from English; Afrikaans; Se Sotho or Isi Zulu.

The IVR system will give you various choices for which you should just follow the instructions.

If you cannot work with the IVR then you will be put through to a Customer Service Centre Operator who will assist you.

The Operator will ask you questions - this is to authenticate you and ensure that it is the Card Holder and not a fraudster. These questions are asked to protect you.

You can download various forms from the website or you can ask your employer or a Customer Service Centre Operator to give you a copy of the form or fax it to you.

When you have completed any of the forms just fax back to +27 11 319 7260.
